McCormick Marimba Festival

Two showcase concerts at the McCormick Marimba Festival, two years apart, in Tampa.

In January 2016 I went as a guest artist and played a solo recital of Andy Akiho, David Crowell, and David Lang, then conducted the University of Tennessee Percussion Ensemble on a showcase of David Crowell, Robert Honstein, and Marc Mellits. Peter Naughton, then finishing his masters, played a featured solo on the opening showcase.

We came back in January 2018 for another showcase concert.
